This page will consist of links to a number of recipes

written in mothers hand. While going through boxes from the Mink Creek house with her,

We addressed what to do with the volume of recipes she had collected. Her comment was that she had never

got around to putting them in a book so we should just throw them away.

I sorted through them and found a number that she had hand written. Those I saved with the desire to make

them available to everyone.

I tried to think how to index them and settled on making each recipe a link on this page.

I have used the name mother used on the card, and or paper.

These have been written on scraps of paper, small notebook pages, large notebook pages and just about

any scrap of paper that mother had at hand. I’m sure we all remember her pile of note paper from mail

received or out dated calanders, or just whatever was handy.

This page is fully functional all you will have to do is find a recipe that looks interesting

and click on the name, which will be a link to take you to a scanned copy of the recipe.

As an added note if the recipe card had two sides it is listed as a and b. If there was more

than one copy of a given recipe it will be 1-2-3 denoting which copy.

I guess I did not really think through the volume involved. Although there are duplicates of some

recipies the total number I have counted up is over 450.

In some cases mother wrote the name of the person from whom the recipie came from, since they are

scanned I will not try to put the origin in the title. I suppose everyone can see for themselves.

This must have been an envolved process for mother. She put the recipies on whatever was handy and then must have transferred

them to 3X5 cards. Below are a set of 8X10 sheets with multiple recipies on them. I will include the whole sheets here

however I have tried to pull off each individula recipie and include it in the lists below.
